When people want to talk about their abilities they have to use the modal verb CAN or CAN'T. For example: I can swim very well, I can write, I can dive. If negative: I can't speak Russian, I can't paint, etc.
In that way, if you want to talk or write about your abilities bear in mind the action you want to refer about and use the modal CAN.
On the other hand, if you need to write about things you can or can't, you can use the conjuctions "but" and "and" along with the adverbs "too" and "either". For example:
I can use the computer but I can't design web pages.
I can work with large groups and I can work under pressure, too.
I can't speak English and I can't speak Russian, either.
I hope you like it!!!!

My Daily Routine
It is important to know how to speak about our daily activities. Sometimes we find it very difficult and don't find the accurate words to say what we do in a day. Let's get started with the activities.
Using this vocabulary you can describe the different activities. For example you can say: I get up early in the morning; I have lunch at 12; I watch TV in the evening. You can also use the adverbs of frequency to say how often you do activity. Some of these adverbs are:
In this case you can say: I always get up at 5 in the morning; I never have breakfast at home; I seldom go to bed at 7 pm.
On the other hand, we can use some connectors to write the flow of activities in a day. These connectors may be: First, then, after, after that, next, finally.
For example:
I'm going to speak about my daily routine. First, I always get up at 4:45 am every day. I take a shower and get dressed. Then, I have breakfast and leave home at 5:45 am to go to work. I usually start work at 6. I have a break at 9 am, after I sometimes go back home.
In this way you can speak about your activities but using different vocabulary.
Let's watch this video to improve your pronunciation.
